Thursday, May 5th 2016 is The National Day of Prayer in Rowan County, Kentucky
and across America!
The 2016 Theme is "Prayer-America's Hope". Citizens in Morehead and
Rowan County will be observing this special day of prayer at the Rowan County Courthouse at 5:30 P.M.
Balloon Launch- 6:00 P.M. Immediately following the prayers, we will be releasing white balloons to symbolize lifting our prayers to our Almighty God and to begin the Ascension Celebration! You are welcome to tie your prayer requests to a helium-filled balloon to be released in a spectacular display of color & faith!
Our state & area government leaders have been invited to attend this prayer event as we pray for them to be encouraged & lead in Godly wisdom.
Community Worship Service- 6:30 P.M. Join with hundreds of other Morehead
area believers in worshiping Jesus. This year's service which will celebrate the National Day of Prayer as well as the Ascension of Jesus Christ at the Clearfield Tabernacle on KY 519 in Clearfield.

July 2nd at the Morehead Conference Center.
There will be Bluegrass Music, Southern Gospel Music and Contemporary Music along with many churches setting up grills to give free food to all those who attend. The event begins at 5:00 and is free and open to the public!
